What's In My Toddler's Easter Basket

Tuesday, March 27, 2018

I may be the worst Mom ever but I did not have an Easter basket prepared for my son's first Easter last year. I honestly had zero clue what to put in an Easter basket for a 1 month old. So, I'm making up for it this year with a fun toddler Easter basket and on a budget of course! The whole basket cost less than $25!

I must confess that this adorable personalized Bunny Basket was a Christmas gift from my aunt but I believe these can cost anywhere between $15-$30 if you were to buy one. I found this one that is similar from Pottery Barn Kids or you could simply use a basket you have on hand or find one at a thrift store!

As for what's inside there are all sorts of goodies perfect for your curious toddler!

Let's take a look inside!

I started my search at Five Below and found this bubble machine for $5, these sunglasses for $4 and extra bubbles for $1. If you are unfamiliar with Five Below it is a new type of dollar store where everything is under $5 and they have a lot of fun items! Then, I found these fun books on sale at Walmart (All About Peter and Moo, Baa, La La La)! I always try to include a snack in any sort of gift basket and I thought these little cheddar bunnies would be perfect! My son loves goldfish and this is a fun Easter themed twist! Lastly, my son has recently started to feed himself so I thought it was time to surprise him with his own sized forks!

Isn't that a fun little Easter basket? I think he'll get a kick out of everything in here! So excited to watch him open it!
