{R} Favorites- Drum Stools

{R} Favorite trend this week is the drum stool!

I had a lot on my birthday list this year but the one thing I could not wait to open (I knew R would come through) was my red drum stool to add to our outdoor patio set!

I don't know what it is about this trend that sucked me in but I just had to have one. I love the look and versatility of these stools. Much like we learned last week in {R} Favorites- The Pouf, the drum stool (also referred to as a 'garden stool') can be many things; a foot stool, a side table, a planter, or simply a decorative accent you use to add some color to a room. Needless to say this is another home must right now!

I was completely blown away by all the options Target has to offer right now and all under $200! I couldn't pick a favorite so I have included them all.

Similarly, World Market offers up an awesome selection. And I am loving the variety of colors! These are also metal so they are perfect indoors or out and the prices are right! Each of these drum stools is under $100... and that's a good thing because how can you choose just one of these! Can I have one of each?! Please and thank you.

This is one of the more 'classic' drum stools. I love the simplicity of the design and the versatility of the white.

And just because metallic is in. Here is another version in silver (I'm drooling!).

Continuing the metal theme this PB Drum Stool is just beautiful! On the pricier side but I love the texture and the modern design of it!

This is another favorite and a design I have seen several places. This would be a wonderful addition to a nursery or little girls room. The whimsical design is just adorable!

Here is how I have incorporated my new drum stool into our backyard decor! I love the pop of red against the green grass (even though eventually we will be adding a stone patio).
