One Room Challenge Week 2: Bathroom Vanities on a Budget

Wednesday, April 11, 2018

Welcome to Week 2 of the One Room Challenge! This weekend threw me for a loop- our little one came down with something and had a fever all weekend which meant no projects, but lots of cuddles! I was planning on installing our vanity in the guest bathroom this weekend to bring you an amateur's guide to plumbing but we got very little work done in this room so I'm bringing you a list of the best bathroom vanities on a budget!

When I first had the idea to give this bathroom a facelift I knew that it would require a new vanity. I toyed around with sticking to a smaller vanity but decided I wanted the counter space and extra storage that comes with a larger vanity! Little did I know how expensive these are! I could not believe that I may have to blow my $1000 on the vanity alone! So, I started to scour Marketplace and Craigslist for used vanities. I found a few I liked but then started to get a little scared at the thought of buying something that I could not return so I decided that I wanted to be able to buy new.

Once I had my heart set on a new vanity I channeled my search to finding new vanities on a budget without sacrificing style. Here are some of my favorites!

Home Decorator's Collection Newport Vanity in Pewter- $599

Seal Harbor Vanity- $399

Home Decorator's Collection Provence Vanity- $490

Glacier Bay Ashland 36.7" Vanity- $499

World Menagerie Blaire Vanity- $712

Laurel Foundry Modern Farmhouse Vanity Set- $580

Beachwest Home Caldwell 36" Vanity- $710

Allen+Roth Kingcoat Espresso Undermount Single Sink Vanity- $429

Ikea Hemnes Sink Cabinet- $479

Style Selections Morriton Destressed Java Undermount Single Sink Vanity- $499

Which one of these vanities is your favorite? Be sure to check out all of the featured designers and guest participants who are also completing the One Room Challenge! Check back every Wednesday for updates!
